Soldier's Request

To request a care package or certain items to be shipped overseas please e-mail Heartland Heroes Project Inc. below. Heartland Heroes Project Inc. must have certain information such as: Name of Soldier (Please include Rank SSG, PFC, etc) Shipping Address (please include APO AE) Items Requested E-Mail Address If you are requesting items for a loved one stationed overseas we will need the following information also: Your Name Address Contact Phone Number E-Mail Address Due to the overwhelming requests, please allow up to 2 weeks for shipment of items. This allows Heartland Heroes Project to gather the items that are requested together and prepare them for shipment. We have several items on hand and in most cases can ship within 48 hrs of getting the request. Some cases take a little longer depending on the items requested. Due to some restrictions set forth by the Department of Defense and the United States Postal Service, some products may not be eligible for shipment. If we have any problems with gathering or shipping the items, we will contact you and let you know. Heartland Heroes Project Inc. will contact you when the shipment is sent out to the soldier. Any and all information such as names of soldiers, addresses of soldiers or that of the one requesting items on behalf of the soldiers that is obtained by Heartland Heroes Project Inc. is kept in strict confidence and shall not be released to the public or any other organization.
